Project Settings Volume documentation button in the Graphics tab does nothing when pressed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
3. Open the Graphics tab
4. Click the documentation button for the Volume under URP settings
5. Observe the Editor

Actual results: Nothing happens when the documentation button is clicked

Expected results: A browser with documentation is opened

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4 (due to Volume not having a documentation button)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1

Notes:

• Other properties documentation buttons in the same page seem to work
