Build fails with a LINK error when building for Windows x64 with IL2CPP and having Visual Studio 2026 and 2022 installed

Reproduction steps:
1. Open any project
2. Go to File → Build Profiles
3. Attempt to build for Windows x64 target
4. Observe the Console

Actual result: Build fails with “LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file ‘libcpmt.lib’ error
Expected result: Build finishes without any errors

Reproducible with: 6000.3.11f1 (by the user)

Reproduced on: Windows 11 (10.0.26200) X64 (by the user)
Not reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2) (by CQA), no other environment tested

Notes:

• The issue was not reproduced by CQA
• The issue happens consistently for the user
