Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "repro_IN-91880" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity" Scene
3. Open the “Render Graph Viewer” ("Window -> Analysis -> Render Graph Viewer") window and observe it
Expected result: "Process VFXCamera Command" column is not visible
Actual result: "Process VFXCamera Command" column is visible, but there are no VFX in the Scene
Reproducible with: 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3
Couldn’t test with: 2022.3.56f1 - “Render Graph Viewer” doesn’t display anything
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
