Screen.currentResolution.refreshRateRatio.value return NAN when using Device Simulator

How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_73611"
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. Change Game View to Simulator
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Observe the Console

Expected result: actual refresh rate is printed out
Actual result: 0 or NAN is printed in the Console

Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.26f1, 6000.0.0b16

Reproducible on: WIndows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
