Editor Freezes when instantiating TMP text formatted with rich text tags in non Latin languages

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-119674” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the result

Expected result: The Editor runs; additional Japanese characters appear
Actual result: The Editor freezes; no additional text appears

Reproducible with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b6, 6000.4.0a2
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.56f1

Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Notes:

If the error “System.BadImageFormatException: Format of the executable (.exe) or library (.dll) is invalid.” appears, reimport all Assets
Sometimes, the Editor will freeze without showing any progress bar
The freeze occurs when using Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Georgian
The freeze does not occur when using Korean
