"Dragon Crashers" readme file icons are missing and shown as "?"

This will be resolved in the new version of the Project

How to reproduce:
1. Download the "Dragon Crashers" sample project
2. In the Project window search enter the "Readme"
3. Observe the search results

Expected results: All "Readme" files have appropriate icons
Actual results: The two "Readme" files are shown with the "?" texture which is also corrupted

Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.36f1, 6000.0.9f1

Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (Apple Silicon)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note: In the 2022.3 stream only one "Readme" file icon is broken
