No ETA in the progress bar when baking with APV

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and open the attached project ([Internal link])
2. Open OutdoorsScene
3. Open Lighting window (Window > Rendering)
4. Click on Generate Lighting

Expected result:

• ETA is shown in the progress bar in the bottom right corner while baking

Actual result:

• No ETA is shown in the progress bar; only Global Illumination string is displayed

Notes:

• Reproduces only when baking with APVs; doesn't reproduce with legacy light probes or when baking regular lightmaps
• Reproduces on macOS and Windows
• Reproduces with CPU and GPULM
• Issue observed in: 2022.2.2f1
