Workaround: Switch build target to Android or Meta Quest Build Profile
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Unity project using Mixed Reality Template
2. Open Package Manager
3. Find “OpenXR Plugin” package
4. Open Samples tab
5. Find and install “Meshing Subsystem Feature” sample
6. Observe the Console window
Actual results: “NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Expected results: No errors are thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with versions: 1.15.1 (6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1), 1.16.02-pre.2 (6000.3.0b6)
