Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 3D Template
2. Import provided Shader Graph to the project “ShaderGraph.unitypackage”
3. Right-click on imported Shader Graph Asset > create Material
4. Select created Material
5. In Inspector window change Queue Controls to “UserOverride”
6. Enable checkboxes for “Enable GPU Instancing” and “Double Sided Global Illumation”
7. Undo changes
8. Observe “Enable GPU Instancing” and “Double Sided Global Illumation” checkboxes
9. Redo changes
10. “Enable GPU Instancing” and “Double Sided Global Illumation”
Actual results: Undoing reverts both "Enable GPU Instancing" and "Double Sided Global Illumination" checkboxes simultaneously in a single undo step, redoing the changes does not restore either checkbox, both remain unchecked
Expected results: Each checkbox change is undone and redone as a separate step, after redoing, both "Enable GPU Instancing" and "Double Sided Global Illumination" checkboxes are restored to their enabled state
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.10f1, 6000.5.0b11, 6000.6.0a6
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, macOS Tahoe 26.4.1 (M1)
