Undo operation doesn't undo an instance of prefab which was previously deleted and recreated from the same instance

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a Cube GameObject in Hierarchy
3. Drag the Cube GameObject to the Project View to make it a prefab
4. Delete the created prefab
5. Repeat step 3
6. Undo 3 times, then redo 3 times

Expected results: The scenario is the same as before undoing
Actual results: Two ghost GameObjects have been created in the process which produce "ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null." when selected
