Dropdowns are offset and it is impossible to select a value when Unity Editor is run on WSL2

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Click Edit > Project Settings > Player > Other Settings 3. Click any menu dropdown

Expected result: Dropdown appears just below the dropdown select button, and it is possible to select a value
Actual result: Dropdown appears offset somewhere on a screen, and it is not possible to select a value

Reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.26f1, 2022.2.21f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a1, 2023.2.0a14
