Animator visibility toggle reveals additional side box on the opposite side of the panel

Using the toggle for ‘visibility’ for the Layers and Parameters tab enables and disables an additional side panel on the opposite side

Repro steps

1. Open the animator window
2. Click on the eye icon in the top right of the layers/ Parameters panel
3. Observe

Expected result: The layers panel disappears- giving the user more room to view their graphs

Actual Result: a new panel is created and visible in the right corner (may vary in size)
