Saved Tile Palette Brush List items become malformed causing the list to become cut off when decreasing the Pick size with the slider

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Press the ' button to add the Tile Palette Brush Picks overlay to the Scene
4. Expand it
5. Press the Save button 5 times to add a few brushes to the saved list
6. Collapse and re-expand the overlay
7. Drag the Pick size slider all the way to the right
8. Drag the Pick size slider all the way to the left to decrease the item size

Actual results: List items become malformed, and the list also shows only 3 elements

Expected results: Increasing or decreasing the item size does not deform the items. The list doesn't get cut off and allows viewing all of its elements
