Steps to reproduce:

Open the Hub
Open the "Templates" tab
Click the "New template" button
Select any project
Edit the "Source project" field with a search that results in no matches ("fjasiofjeghae")
Observe the Hub

Actual results: The “Next” button is not greyed out and still active

Expected results: The "Next" button is greyed out and disabled

Reproducible with versions: 3.18.0

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3

Notes:

Does not reproduce if no project was selected at any point
