Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-91325.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Build and Run the project (File > Build and Run)
4. In the Player, press the ‘Shadows Enabled’ button
5. Observe the Development Console and the Player
Expected result: No errors and the Scene is not pink
Actual result: The Scene turns pink and Shader errors are logged
Reproducible with: 2022.3.3f1, 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.33f1, 6000.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.2f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
