UI Builder Elements are immediately shown when opening Search and Selecting them with the Search Inspector open throws Various Exception Errors

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 3D URP Project
2. Open the Search Window (Ctrl+K)
3. Enable the Inspector in the Search Window and select the first available item
4. Press the down arrow to navigate through all the available results

Actual results: Various Exceptions are thrown when the available Elements are selected

Expected results: Items are not displayed without searching or categorizing, errors are not thrown if these items will be available to select when searching

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b8, 6000.5.0a5
