UI Builder’s resize guide line changes position and doubles when dragging the edges of an angled Visual Element

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Repro" project
2. In the Project Window, open testUI.uxml
3. In the UI Builder window, select the visual element in the Hierarchy window
4. In the Viewport, drag the side of the visual element
5. Observe the result

Expected result: The guide line follows the Visual Element’s edge
Actual result: The guide line jumps to the middle of the Visual Element
