How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-104915.zip” Project
2. Build and Run on iOS
3. Press on the TextField in the Player
4. In the Blackboard use an Apple Pencil to draw
5. Move the Pencil away from the device
6. Observe the Touch Screen Keyboard
Expected result: The Touch Screen Keyboard stays on the screen
Actual result: The Touch Screen Keyboard turns off and re-appears as minimized
