Slider in the Shortcuts menu cannot be manipulated by dragging with a mouse

How to reproduce:
1. Open up any project
2. Navigate to Edit > "Shortcuts..."
3. Try and manipulate the second slider

Expected result: Slider moves when clicking and dragging with a mouse
Actual result: Slider doesn't move when dragged with the mouse, only with keyboard shortcuts or the mouse wheel

Not reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b7, 2023.1.0a11
