"Count" option exists as a function for the UI Toolkit filter

How to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Create and open a new UI Document
3. Add a Visual Element in the Hierarchy of the UI Builder window
4. Expand the Filters tab in the UI Builders Inspector
5. Add any new filter
6. Open the “Function“ dropdown, observe, and select “Count”
7. Open the “Function“ dropdown, and observe the current function

Expected result: There should not be an option for “Count“ (step 6) (or it provides a custom ‘Count’ function)
Actual result: There is a “Count“ option (step 6), and when selected, it changes the function to “Custom”

Reproducible in: 6000.3.0a1, 6000.3.0b8, 6000.4.0a3
Could not test in: 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.10f1 (Filters feature is not released yet)

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
