"View More Samples" highlights samples from previously selected package or other incorrect samples when navigating between packages

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open Window > Package Management > Package Manager
3. In the "All Packages" tab select the "Test Framework" package
4. Select the Samples tab and click on the "View More Samples" button
5. Observe Test Framework samples are shown
6. In the "All Packages" tab select the "Universal Render Pipelines" package
7. Select the Samples tab and click on the "View More Samples" button
8. Observe the highlighted sample

Actual results: The same Test Framework sample is shown and highlighted

Expected results: Universal Render Pipeline samples are shown, with a URP sample highlighted

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a9

Can’t test with versions: 6000.5.0a8 ("View More Samples" button not introduced yet)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11

Notes:

• Not sure what the exact issue is as some packages work correctly and some do not; perhaps the filters are not cleared
• URP Samples are still shown when scrolled, but I would expect it to be highlighted and the first seen once opened
