2D Tilemap Editor folder contains broken documentation links

Repo steps:

1. Open 2D Unity scene
2. Navigate to "packages" folder in the project menu 
3. 2D Tile map Editor > Editor 
4. Choose any script and check the question mark button in the inspector (this also applies for the other folders Icons, Editor Tools)

Expected Result: Documentation page with the data should be displayed for the user.

Actual Result: Web page displays "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!".

First noticed in: 

Reproducible with: 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b18

Not Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a16
