Script Graph fullscreen/maximize button does nothing when window is floating

Steps to reproduce:

Create and open a new project
Open a Script Graph window (Window > Visual Scripting > Script Graph)
Create a new Script Graph
Drag the Script Graph window out of the main editor to make it a floating window
Click the fullscreen/maximize button in the window's toolbar
Observe the window

Actual results: Nothing happens - the window remains the same size

Expected results: The Script Graph window maximizes to fullscreen

Reproducible with versions: 1.9.4 (6000.0.0f1), 1.9.11 (6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.9f1, 6000.5.0b10, 6000.6.0a5)

Tested on (OS): MacOS SIlicon Tahoe 26.3
