Build Profile - Inspector: Longer build profile titles misses ellipses in the "Inspector" window

How to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles"
3. Select some platform from the list and click the "Add Build Profile" button
4. Go to the "Project" section
5. Select "Assets" -> "Settings" -> "BuildProfiles"
6. Select the created build profile and rename it to a much longer title
7. Go to the "Inspector" window
8. And observe the title section.

Actual result: If the title is longer, so part of it is simply cut off. An attachment is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: If the section is too small and the full title can not be displayed, it should end on ellipses, which would indicate that not full title is displayed.

Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19.
