2. Build the project
3. Open the built application
Expected outcome: Water is rendered
Actual outcome: Water is not rendered
Reproducible with: HD RP 16.0.2 (2023.2.0a19)
Could not test with: 2021.3, 2022.2, 2022.3, 2023.1 (Project breaks when downgrading)
