How to reproduce:
1. Open the “RefreshRateTesting” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Build And Run
4. Observe the “Monitor Information” section in the top left corner
5. Select one of the available resolutions that do not use the native refresh rate of the monitor
6. Wait as the Player refreshes and the “Unity Information” section shows the new refresh rate
7. Restart the Player
8. Observe the “Unity Information” section
Expected result: The refresh rate is restored when the Player is restarted
Actual result: The refresh rate is set to the monitor’s default

2. In FullScreenWindow, Windowed, and MaximizedWindow Mode the refresh rate never changes
