Copy and Paste options for an Animation Property value are disabled in the Right click contextual menu

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open TestCube.anim
3. In the Animation window select the '90' value from one of the Value fields
4. Right-click to open the Contextual menu

Actual results: Options to Cut or Copy the value are disabled

Expected results: Contextual menu allows to Copy or Cut the value

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.59f1, 6000.0.40f1, 6000.1.0b8, 6000.2.0a5

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15.3

Notes:

• Value can be Cut, Copied or Pasted using keyboard shortcuts
• Value can be Pasted using the Right-click menu if it is already in the clipboard
