Reference for the SVG Importer in the Inspector leads to a missing page

Vector graphics has been moved to a Unity module.

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-101233” project
2. Click on the “white_Blank” SVG in the Assets folder
3. In the Inspector of the SVG, click on the question mark symbol on the right side of the header
4. Observe the result

Expected result: The respective documentation page opens
Actual result: “Sorry... that page seems to be missing!” opens

Reproducible with: 2.0.0-preview.8, 2.0.0-preview.25 (2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.3f1, 6000.2.0b1)
Could not test with: 2.0.0-preview.7 (6000.0.48f1) (broken SVG importer functionality)

Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS15.4 (M1) (user reported)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
