Font weights are changed and cannot be changed back when editing properties in the UI Builder window

The font change is there to indicate that the attribute is overridden in UXML, similar to what prefabs do. Going back to the default by changing again the value is still treated as an override, because it's a valid use case. The way to remove the override is to unset the attribute.

How to reproduce:

Open the “HeaderUxmlAttr.zip“ project
Open the “SampleScene“
Open the “UIDocument Test.uxml” file in the Project window using UI Builder
Edit any property in the UI Builder window
Observe the Property name in the UI Builder window

Expected results: The font weight does not change after editing a property
Actual results: The font weight changes after editing a property and cannot be changed back

Reproducible in: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.16f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: The font weight does not change even if the changes are saved

Workaround: The font weight is changed back only if the changes are “Unset“ with the Right Mouse Button
