Package description window does not repaint after other package is updated and button operations are unavailable until repainted if compilation errors are present

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project from the link in the comments
2. Navigate to Window > Package Manager
3. Select a package that has an available update and click update
4. Immediately select another package that needs updating and wait for the first package to update
5. When the first package updates, observe the currently selected package description and observe the update buttons

Actual result

The package description does not repaint and the update button is still greyed out if compilation errors are present

Expected result

After the first package is updated, the currently selected package information window is repainted and button operations are accessible

Notes

• Open the attached project with 2023.2.0a23+ for compilation errors to appear
• The window can be repainted by switching currently selected packages

• Reproducible with: 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3
• Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1 (Package Manager acts differently, selecting the updated package again after update, so no reproduction available),
• Reproduced on: Win 11
