Scrollbar in "My Assets" detail window appears compressed/cut off

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager
3. Click "My Assets"
4. Resize the window so that the scrollbar appears in the details window
5. Observe it
6. Don't change the window size
7. Click "Unity Registry"
8. Observe the scrollbar in the list window

Actual results: The scrollbar in the "My Assets" detail window appeared compressed or cut off

Expected results: Scrollbars should be the same

Reproducible with versions:  6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0b1

Not reproducible with versions:  -

Can’t test with versions: -

Tested on (OS): M1 Max - Sequoia 15.6.1
