VFX Template search query provides no results when an Area block is set to All and is used together with Category blocks

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. In the Project window, Right-click and select the option to create a new Visual Effects graph
3. In the Template search query builder, press + to add a new query block
4. Add an Assets Area block
5. Click on the added block and switch the Area to "All"
6. Observe that all templates are presented as expected
7. Add an And block as well as any Category query block
8. Observe the query results

Actual results: No templates are found

Expected results: All templates from a chosen category are found

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a8

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b12, 6000.5.0a4 (No search field in the Templates window) 

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 26.3.1
