Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
Dock the Tools overlay to the top toolbar in the Scene View
Click on the GameObject dropdown in the Tools overlay
Repeat step 3 to close the dropdown
Observe the Scene View

Actual results: The dropdown does not close

Expected results: The dropdown closes

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a4, 6000.3.0a5

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6

Notes:

Works properly when not docked to the top toolbar
