The Scene is not rendered by the Camera when the Game View is displayed but the Scene View is hidden and RenderGraph Compatibility Mode is enabled

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/A.unity“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game View

Expected result: The Scene is rendered, the sky and a cube are visible
Actual result: The Scene is not rendered
