How to reproduce:
1. Open the “DiagnosticsNotIgnoringCrashes“ project
2. Make sure that the “Cloud Diagnostics” Service is enabled (Window > General > Services)
3. Make sure that capturing exceptions is enabled (Edit > Project Settings > Services > Cloud Diagnostics > Crashes and exceptions > “Capture exceptions that occur when running in Play mode.”)
4. Open the “SampleScene”
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Select “MonoAbort” and wait until the Bug Reporter is opened
7. Open the “Cloud Diagnostics” Dashboard (Edit > Project Settings > Services > Cloud Diagnostics > “Go to Dashboard”)
8. Open and observe the “Crash and Exception Reporting” category
Expected result: No crashes are reported
Actual result: Crashes are being reported
