Layer Merging and Separation toggle icon is obscured in the Layer Management Panel of the PSD Importer

Steps to reproduce:

Create a 2D Project
Import the attached psd file and select it in the Project Browser
In the Inspector, open the "Layer Management" panel of the Importer
Click in the Layer Separation/Merging column to the left of the "supplies_objects" and observe the icon that appears

Actual results: The Layer merging and separation toggle icon is offset on the bottom and some of it is obscured

Expected results: Icons are fully visible

Reproducible with versions: 8.0.5, 9.0.3, 10.0.0 (2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7)
