Placeholder text becomes editable text when navigating TextField field with arrow keys

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Create a UI Document and open it in UI Builder
3. Focus on any search bar with the placeholder "Search..."
4. Navigate up/down/left/right
5. Observe the search field

Actual results: Nothing happens
Expected results: The placeholder "Search..." becomes editable text

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a2
Can’t test with versions: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a1 (UI Builder search is not available yet)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11

Notes:

• If any action is done to the searfield (any text is entered, any character is deleted) the bug won't reproduce. In such a case, delete the text, unfocus and focus the search field, then continue from step 4
• The same bug occurs with the StyleSheets and the Library searchbars
