Help Icon shrinks and becomes hardly visible when minimizing Inspector window size

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Import Tutorial Authoring Tools (com.unity.learn.iet-framework.authoring)
3. Create Tutorial Page with Narrative (Create > Tutorials > Tutorial Page > Page with Narrative)
4. Try minimizing the Inspector window size
5. Observe Help icon next to “custom Callbacks” while minimising Inspector window 

Actual results: Help icons shrinks, becomes hardly visible in the Inspector window
Expected results: Help icon should maintain a consistent size and remain fully visible regardless of the window's dimensions

Reproducible with versions:  1.2.2 (2022.3.63f1), 1.3.2 (6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.5f1), 1.4.0-pre.2 (6000.2.0b4)

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.5
