Bug Reporter GTK window has padding inside making the edges transparent when the window is maximized

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Click Help > Report a Bug…
3. Set the Bug Reporter window to be maximized
4. Observe the edges of the Bug Reporter window

Expected results: Bug reporter has no padding between the GTK Window edges and the Bug Reporter edges
Actual results: Bug reporter has padding between the GTK Window edges and Bug Reporter edges when the window is maximized

Reproduced with: 6000.1.0a10, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6
Not reproduced with: 2022.3.59f1, 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0a9

Reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04
Not reproduced on: Windows 11
