Debug.Log is incomplete when logging some of the Win32Exceptions

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached “IN-144952_Debug_log_exception_bug” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Observe the Console

Actual result: The “Default Debug.Log error” has only 3 layers in the exception and no stack trace
Expected result: The “Default Debug.Log error” has 5 layers in the exception and a stack trace

Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.77f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.11f1, 6000.5.0b12, 6000.6.0a7

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
