How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-126388"
2. In the Rendering Debugger's Rendering tab, change the Overdraw Mode to "All"
3. In the Lighting window's Environment tab, turn on Fog
4. Change the Fog's Color
5. Observe the Game View
Actual result: The “Cube” GameObject is shown in different colors depending on the Fog Color
Expected result: The “Cube” GameObject remains shown as blue regardless of the Fog Color
