Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Reset HDRP.zip” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Select any “Decal Projector” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: The icon for the warning is sized properly, and the warning displays "Enable 'decal layers' in the HDRP Asset to control Angle Fade. Using Angle Fade will, however, impact performance."
Actual result: The icon for the warning is incorrect and not sized properly. The warning says _"_Enable 'Decal Layers' in your HDRP Asset if you want to control Angle Fade. There is a performance cost of enabling this option."
