Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-98574” project
2. Open the Xcode Debugger/Android Logcat
3. Make sure to change the Date & Time of the mobile device to London (UK) time
4. Build and Run the iOS/Android Player
5. In the Player, press the white button
6. Observe the logs
Expected result: The logged “DateTime.Now” is one hour ahead of the logged “DateTime.UTCNow”
Actual result: The “DateTime.Now” and “DateTimeUTCNow” are the same
