"System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException" is thrown when compiling 65536 functions with Burst

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “TestBurst.zip” project
2. Add the “Test.cs” script to the Assets folder
3. Wait for the Burst compiler to finish
4. Observe the Console Window

Expected result: No errors are present in the Console Window
Actual result: “System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException“ is thrown in the Console Window

Reproducible in: 1.8.19(2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a9), 1.8.23 (2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.9f1, 6000.2.0b8, 6000.3.0a1)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note: Not reproducible when not using Burst package
