Freeze/crash on DynamicHeapAllocator::Allocate when opening a specific project

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “user's attached project”
2. Observe Unity freeze or crash

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.31f1, 2022.3.53f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.30f1, 6000.0.28f1, 6000.1.0a5

Reproducible on: macOS 14.6.1 (Intel), Windows 11 (by the reporter)
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
