How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "CloudCodeTest.rar"
2. Select Assets\Samples\Cloud Code\2.7.1\Cloud Code Modules Deployment\SampleContent\HelloSample.ccmr
3. Click "Generate Bindings" in the Inspector window

Expected results: Binding are generated
Actual results: Failed to generate bindings

Reproducible with: 2.6.0 (2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1), 2.7.1 (2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.24f1, 6000.1.0a1)

Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
