How to reproduce:
1. Open the Task Manager
2. Open the “IN-96494.zip“ project
3. Click on the “Multiple Tasks (2)“ loading bar at the bottom-right corner of the Editor to open the Background Tasks window
4. Observe the Task Manager and the Background Tasks window
Expected result: Tasks finish loading, and task manager does not show any gradual increase in memory
Actual result: Multiple tasks do not finish loading, and the task manager shows gradually increasing memory
Reproducible in: 1.8.19 (2022.3.59f1, 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- The Editor does not hang because the tasks are done asynchronously
- Reproducible only in the mentioned project
- It might take 5-10 minutes to see noticeable memory usage
