Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 3D Template
2. Set Editor Theme to Light (Edit > Preferences > General > Editor Theme)
3. In Project window create new Shader Graph Asset and open it
4. In Shader Graph workspace create Gradient Node (right-click > Create Node)
5. In Node, press on the Color Gradient to open HDRP Gradient Editor window
6. Hover mouse on “New” label on new color gradient
7. Observe “New” label
Actual results: The hover highlight applied to the "New" label is too dark relative to the label text color, resulting in low contrast that makes the "New" label hard to read in the Light Editor Theme
Expected results: The "New" label remains clearly readable when hovere
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.10f1, 6000.5.0b11, 6000.6.0a6
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, macOS Tahoe 26.4.1
