Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “SkinnedMeshTest” project
2. Assure that in Player → Other Settings → Graphics APIs Vulkan Graphics API is the first one from the top
3. Build And Run the project on the device
4. Observe the device’s screen
Expected result: No visual artifacts
Actual result: Visual artifacts on the device’s screen
