Audio Clip Crackles in the beginning on Safari Macbook Pro M1 Max

We haven't been able to reproduce this issue on macOS 14.2 and beyond, so we think this is a macOS issue that has been fixed in the latest versions. We are closing this bug since we don't think there is anything we can do within Unity.

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the attached “audio.zip“ project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Build the project on WebGL platform
4. Open the Build in Safari browser
5. Listen to the Audio

Expected result: No abnormal audio is heard
Actual result: Audio crackles at the beginning of the Audio Clip

Reproducible with: 2022.3.14f1

Reproducible on: M1 MacOS 14.1.2 (User’s reported version)
Not reproducible on: M1 MacOS 14.0, M1 MacOS 14.2
